TOWN by Bryan Nagao is an award winning restaurant located in Causeway Bay, it provides you with a hip ambience for a nice meal during different kinds of events. With Hawaiian-Japanese celebrity chef Bryan Nagao’s creative takes on fine European cuisine, you will be amazed by his innovative fusion menu redesigns from time to time. Located at Hong Kong's hippest dining and entertainment strip, this is a place where you can let your hair down and dance until wee hours in the morning. The décor encompasses a modern and stylish design. On the left hand side of the entrance is an open-air seating area with several sets of high tables and black leather stools separated by large glass doors which create an intimate place for conversation and people-watching. The floor, a combination of marble and dark wood coupled with the reflective mirrors on the earthy brick wall and cozy leather black couches, creates a contemporary and trendy ambience. A well-equipped DJ booth is placed at the back. Whether it's a quiet drink or a night out with friends, Tonic provides a stylish environment and cutting-edge décor.

Inspired by a love of hearty Italian cuisine and fresh, healthy Californian cooking, our passion is to make every meal a special one for our diners.

From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

Feast (Food by EAST) is our big, bustling café on the 1st floor. Brimming with authentic Asian specialties and international favourites, our philosophy is 'simple things, done well'. Guests can expect to enjoy tasty breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from Feast.

The décor of Lai Bun Fu transports guests back to the colonial days of yesteryear, with the sophisticated marbled floors, forest green panelled walls and refined Chinese antiques, as old favourite Chinese songs are played in the background.
