A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.

Located on the top floor of the hotel perched on the edge of the stunning Telegraph Bay, @Ocean showcases an impressive view of the South China Sea. Ophelia takes inspiration from Hong Kong’s history, waitresses in cheongsams sashay through the intimate alcoves and semi-private rooms, reminiscent of the city’s 19th century upscale opium dens which have been brought into modern day through the use of intricate metal work, handmade plush velvet furniture and resplendent peacock feathers.

Occupying the entire 5th floor of the centrally located, top grade building on Three Garden Road Central, Eaton House offers hot desks, dedicated desks, private office suites, flexible event space, as well as a variety of meeting rooms and boardrooms. With a spectacular view overlooking Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Park, each meeting room is equipped with a 46-inch HDTV and glass white board. Video conference is also available.
