Va Bene presents a light aesthetic that opens up the space and evokes true Italian style. It adapts a minimalist interior design style without extra decoration. A large 12 seats bar area near the entrance makes it the perfect place for cocktail party. A wide variety of carefully selected wines and classic Italian cocktails are served in Va Bene. Two private dining rooms with 10 - 20 seats provide an intimate space for small scale private dining with friends and families. ClubOne WaterFront is situated at a picturesque location directly beside the Tsing Ma Bridge at Park Island, New Territories. With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Complete the culinary journey with some delicious desserts, which includes Yuzu Tart with toasted meringue, green tea ice-cream, Peanut Butter Crunch Bar with Banana Ice-Cream and Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberries.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.
