Breakaway is a 48ft motor cruiser that can carry up to 23 passengers. We are equipped with 1 ensuite bedroom, fully-fitted galleys (kitchens), showers and toilet facilities, swimming platform, De'Longhi expresso machine, wine fridge, DVD player, iPod-compatible sound system (Bluetooth), air conditioned, inflatable pool, inflatable suntanning platform with cooler and kayak.

We also have add-on services including Shisha, massage therapist, speedboat options.

If you are planning a bigger event, we can arrange for several additional cruisers to increase the capacity.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

Dynasty, the award-wining Chinese restaurant has returned after its magical makeover, offering an intriguing Chinese heritage design with a twist. Apart from the time-honored recipes including the signature Barbecued Pork, the chefs has launched a series of new chef's recommendations for more delightful dining adventures. The 8 elegant private rooms are ideal for private luncheon and dinner gatherings. Private room Xiguan, Liwan & Dongshan can be combined to accommodate up to 72 guests with magnificent harbour view.
