Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.

Decked out in white and metallic blue with sleek corners protruding from the bar, Tonic atop Langham Place combines a classy, contemporary environment with world class mixology. Drinks on offer include hand crafted cocktails like Spanish Sunset and Suzdal as well as an impressive selection of wines, champagnes, ports and sherries. Stylish loft is bright and spacious New York-style loft which is full of character. It is ideal for filming and photoshoots, press days, product launches, etc. Moreover, the large 2,500 sqft. of open space is complemented by a open professional kitchen. It has 30 windows which flood the loft with light and with very high ceilings.

CABANA
