The Beer House locates on the top floor at Langham Place. It offers a contemporary and casual environment with extensive selection of beers from all over the world. Friends and family can enjoy a comprehensive drink list, German fare, trendy music and live sports games at this beer paradise.

The Beer House features a range of delectable German nibbles like crispy Deep Fried Pork Skin, cheesy baked camembert with Rosemary and Garlic, and juicy meatballs, which all go along with the beers. The beverage menu offers a comprehensive range of craft beers and classic German draught beers like Grimbergen Blonde, Erdinger Weissbier and Erdinger Dunkel. An expansive list of cocktails and mocktails are also available.

One of the city's most established Thai restaurants and the only Michelin-recognized establishment in Hong Kong. Cafe Siam is a tranquil respite from the hustle & bustle of Lan Kwai Fong.

Spread out over two floors, each divided into two dining areas that can be nooked for private parties, the restaurant's decor mixes old world colonial charm with a contemporary twost; teak wood flooring, chic furniture, vintage knick-knacks and silk screen dividers that give an elegant yet homely feel.

There is a short stairway going to the first floor right at the entrance of our Building, avoiding the sometimes long awaited elevator in the lift lobby

 - There are at least 4 restaurants of different types at the same side of the same floor for catering and special dinner arrangement within very short distance and great convenience.  

- Very close to a big residential estate and densely populated residential areas in just a few minute walk. 

- Possible to be used as filming studio and related production as facilitated with pantry, private toilet and one meeting room.

Club Primo opens its doors in August 2015 in the midst of the most hippest area in Hong Kong, Lan Kwai Fong. Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. It is a communal social venue for an eclectic mix of groups and sub-cultures, celebrating retro-futurism, arts & design, through casual-chic, al fresco and relaxed dining.
