i-wine Place is a totally refurbished heritage building along Hong Kong Heritage Trail of Sheung Wan. It is an open space of 1000 sqft. with an open kitchen and kitchen facilities. Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.
