Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

The original Japanese restaurant of Lan Kwai Fong and still as popular as ever, Tokio Joe offers a traditional Japanese dining experience in a comfortable, entertaining atmosphere. Chef Wah ignites the central sushi counter with his masterful skills and innovative twist on traditional sushi and sashimi. Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

At Tipping Point Brewing Co, we make beers that change with the season and only use fresh ingredients. Our beers never sit around and are always fresh off the tap! We also flush our pipes weekly to keep the skunk out of your brew!
