The wide open decks make this boat suitable for DJ dance events, sit down dinners, weddings, product launches, harbour cruises, corporate meetings, birthdays, and any events!

A venue rather than a boat, ISLAND is Hong Kong's most versatile vessel. It's a floating island ideal for any event and the friendly team at Nextwave are always happy and ready to help create an unforgettable day or evening for you.

Synergy Biz is a company, hoping to create a co-working space with its networking concept to aspire entrepreneurs or small or medium companies. It aims to provide a well-equipped business environment and business networking platform for them in their development.

XO Workshop, which occupies 1600 sqft., is a open and blank space for different type of events. It can fit up to 80 pax, and can be partitioned into 2 separate studios. Its elite environment is suitable for conference, workshops, yoga and dance class, etc.

Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. The interior of Bloop is just as, if not even more, impressive; a dominating 8-metre long aquarium filled with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays astounds all who visit and a very select few VIPs will even be allowed the opportunity to feed these majestic predators of the deep blue!

Aegean Place, Hung To Centre is located in the commercial and industrial district of Kwun Tong. Using the aegean sea - Greek as the blueprint, Hung To Centre has an unique & large mural, which provide a comfortable environment, suitable for various events and parties.

Greater China Club, Hong Kong’s newest lifestyle destination is an opulent place to enjoy the finest Cantonese and Royal Thai Cuisine, to appreciate art, jazz, also wine and cigars. Located at the revitalized and creative landmark in West Kowloon, D2 Place, the Club also presents itself as an Art Gallery and features all kind of art forms.

High up on the top floor on the premises, the alfresco garden provides a comfortable environment all year round. If it is about a drink in a free and breezy environment you are after, you can kick back on the roof garden and enjoy a cocktail or two. Park-in Easy Book is available for all day booking, accommodating up to 250 people. It is suitable for seminars, classes, press days, exhibitions, parties and art events, etc. We have support for promotions, designed, catering and equipments as well. Charity organisations can have concessionary pricing. We are currently having partnerships with MSF, Oxfam, World Vision, Chief Group, etc..
