  • hanabi

Privé Group's new establishment – Hanabi, an exclusive Japanese omakase bar.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

  • Dragon’s Lodge

Situated only 7 minutes drive from the bustling hub of Sai Kung, Dragon’s Lodge sits in a valley close to the Lion Rock Country park, deep in a feng shui forest. By day, the property is quiet, with clean air and awesome mountain views, by night the forest comes alive with the sounds of frogs, crickets and boar. It is truly an incredible place for nature lovers and anyone wanting to escape the city.

    Main areas for rental:

    - The landscaped terraced garden, which has established trees and shrubs in the middle of a feng shui forest. It is ideal for gatherings and as a break out area when using other parts of the house. Ideal for film, fashion or ad shooting.

  • Beef & Liberty - Lan Kwai Fong

We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.
