Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our private room and our outdoor terrace fits up to 10 persons each whilst our main dining area will fit 16.

The newly renovated Palm Court re-opened as part of a USD multi-million dollar transformation for The Langham, Hong Kong, declaring a new era of refinement and civility. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. Sharing the same sensational views of the Hong Kong harbour and Kowloon skyline as Isola Bar & Grill, Isobar is a chillout lounge bar and terrace. It is an ideal destination for a casual lunch, late night bite, or after work cocktail or glass of wine chosen from its exceptional drinks list. The bar’s resident DJ spins laid back tunes nightly on every Thursday and Friday from 5pm onwards.

Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. The interior of Bloop is just as, if not even more, impressive; a dominating 8-metre long aquarium filled with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays astounds all who visit and a very select few VIPs will even be allowed the opportunity to feed these majestic predators of the deep blue!
