G7 Private Dining is an elegant oasis in the Hong Kong dining scene. Tucked away in a discreet yet central location just above Wyndham Street, G7 provides clients with the perfect intimate setting for group dinners, parties, special occasions, or just a romantic dinner for two.

Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! BREAD STREET KITCHEN & BAR presents a British European menu, featuring dishes from its London counterpart, using specially imported artisanal products with local influences and the very best ingredients from Australasia. Needing little introduction, the world-renowned chef, Gordon Ramsay, will create excitement among Hong Kong diners with this relaxed dining and bar experience. The bar will ensure that the venue is a lively district hangout that combines the classics with some fun, innovative cocktails, as well as a large collection of world wines displayed within the restaurant.

BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.
