Frites pays homage to authentic Belgian style with beers being poured in the age-old traditional way. Young Master is Hong Kong’s highest rated craft brewery making all natural beers locally. Our signature beers have won awards in local and international competitions.Young Master’s second brewery location in Wong Chuk Hang also features an event space with tanks and barrels as a backdrop. Brewery Tours and a tasting of Young Master beers will be included and together with chef partners we can offer events ranging from social or corporate dinners and stand up beer “cocktail” receptions.

Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar.

ClubOne WaterFront is situated at a picturesque location directly beside the Tsing Ma Bridge at Park Island, New Territories. WaterFront has a breathtaking view of the Park Island Beach overlooking the sandy beach and the ocean. At night time, the lit up Tsing Ma Bridge is a beautiful sight observable from WaterFront. Launched by renowned Thai chef Khun Wijannarongk Kunchit (whose expertise stems from working with the likes of Thai royals, dignitaries, and celebrity chef Bobby Chinn), the restaurant presents innovative Thai delicacies featuring quality-imported ingredients (giant Atlantic octopus, French mussels, Iberico pork ribs and Black Angus beef are just some of the top products being offered).
