Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways.

Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu. 

The urban ambience of the venue provides guests with a unique dining experience which is reflective of Chef Keung’s personality. Surrounded by the panoramic view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will be sure to have a special night.

The newest Frites restaurant – located in Wan Chai – brings the same authentic dining experience to the diners in the area.
