Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. A contemporary take on speakeasies, “I Know John” is a sophisticated, private lounge serving specialty mixologist-created cocktails and a carefully curated menu offering niche wines and whiskeys. Overlooking the famed Wellington Street, the refined, modern-rustic venue holds a 16-foot-long bar built with dark timber wood and illuminated oak blocks, and custom-made leather seats and couches. The cozy outdoor balcony serves as a perfect nook for intimate conversations.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication.
