The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Diners are kept engaged throughout the meal, making this one of the most written about eateries, not only in Hong Kong, but also internationally, gaining popular acclaim in Singapore, Taiwan and even as far afield as London and New York. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Come and visit our butchery, talk to our butchers and chefs about all the different cuts we offer, recommended seasonings and all things food-related. Stay for our tastings, try your hand at shucking an oyster and learn how to make sausages with our team.

Aberdeen Street Social is the third collaboration in Hong Kong between Michelin-star Chef Jason Atherton and entrepreneur Yenn Wong, founder of the JIA Group. It is set in a historic 1950’s two-storied building within PMQ, the new landmark of Hong Kong’s creative ecology, at SoHo in Central.

Following on his highly successful openings in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong, Aberdeen Street Social serves Atherton’s modern British cuisine, bar bites, delicious desserts and great cocktails.

Designed by the Shanghai-based award-winning Neri & Hu, the bright and airy venue has outdoor terraces on both floors for alfresco dining and gardens surrounding the property.

UPSTAIRS - RESTAURANT houses a contemporary restaurant inviting an intimate dining experience, with a private room and outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens.

DOWNSTAIRS - BAR & BISTRO is a cosy room with a long bar and outdoor patio for all-day socialising! A menu of British comfort favourites, delicious desserts to share, bar bites and great cocktails makes it the perfect spot for all-day casual dining, afternoon tea with friends and pre or post dinner drinks till late.

Aberdeen Street Social is operated by the JIA Group which also includes 208 Duecento Otto, Mak Mak, 22 Ships. Duddell’s, Chachawan, Ham & Sherry and Meen & Rice.

Depending on the size of your group, we are able to reserve the semi-private dining room, the Upstairs Restaurant, Downstairs, Bistro & Bar or the whole venue.

Aberdeen Street Social is perfect for lunches, dinners, cocktails, weekend brunch, weekday afternoon tea, product launches, press events, wine tastings, corporate events, after-work drinks, private parties and celebrations, etc.

For small to medium sized business meetings, Hong Kong Parkview offers three fully-serviced conference rooms catering for groups of 16 up to 28 persons, with new audio and visual conferencing technology, LCD projectors and WiFi access available inside each.

Furnished with traditional booth-seats and deep leather couches, the well-stocked bar is decorated with ornate columns and wood trimmings. Offering a range of specialty beers, ales and classic English pub food, it also features Scottish whiskies for connoisseurs.

This 150+ seat restaurant ticks all the boxes in its appearance with it eye-catching interior featuring bright red and sunburst orange, tilled tables fill the main floor area whilst clever partitioning creates several private areas for large groups.

An open kitchen supports the chef-driven, made-from-scratch dining experience in a comfortable relaxed and warm setting serving quality Mexican & Tex-Mex Cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients, bold flavours and eye-catching made to order items.

The experience can move outside to our large terraced area for those wanting the great outdoors.
