YUM CHA adopts a playful twist on Chinese cuisine, while maintaining traditional Chinese flavors. Dining at YUM CHA is made memorable with a number of “camera eats first” moments that are meant to arouse both your visual interest and your appetite. YUM CHA emphasizes the use of fresh, seasonal, and quality ingredients. YUM CHA proudly serves food with no added MSG.

The décor at YUM CHA is reminiscent of a number of nostalgic Chinese dining traditions. A variety of decorative items such as traditional Chinese serving utensils and birdcages appear as a reference to the old teahouses of the past.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. Fully equipped for audio and visual systems and accessories as well as high speed broadband, it is ideally suited for theater-style events, intimate gatherings and effective round table discussions, catering between 50 and 150 guests.

1,500 square feet area with an accommodation up to 80, Easy Kitchen is located in Quarry Bay next to Tai Koo MTR Station. It is also close to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, guests can easily access by diversity of private and public transport.

Easy Kitchen has both indoor space and outdoor terrace. With it's high flexibility of layout and movable tables and chairs, it is suitable of any kinds of events and parties.

Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房 

Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.
