Organize a spectacular celebration or event at Le Meridien Ballroom. Stretching across 160 sq m (1703 sq ft), this stunning hall boasts abundant natural daylight, the views of the lush green hills and the South China Sea, and 4 meter high ceiling. Since its inception in 2008, Ta Pantry has thrilled guests with a series of creative, cuisine-driven menus showcasing chef Esther Sham’s signature cooking style. The private kitchen’s new address opened in 2015 is a homecoming of sorts for chef Sham, who is thrilled to return to the Star Street neighborhood. Ta Pantry can accommodate up to twenty guests in its intimate 600 sq ft space.
