We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Aberdeen Street is an all-day Mediterranean restaurant and bar situated in Soho. We have an inside dining area with a bar, and an amazing 320ft² outdoor peaceful and green terrace. With a seating capacity of 35 persons inside and 30 persons outside, it allows great flexibility to organize parties and functions, either in dinner style or cocktail style (we can then cater for more persons). Aberdeen Street has a relaxed atmosphere, loungy decoration, great music, and free wifi. Indoor and outdoor walls can be written on with chalk allowing the place to be decorated as fits the occasion. Flexible packages will be customized for you, whether you wish to have formal or informal gatherings, drinks and / or food, special music and decoration … Our venue is very flexible. It is a perfect place for kids parties during the day, as we are located right next to a great outdoor public playground. An immaculate green lawn outside of the hotel with a giant video screen for live broadcasting. Podium is a perfect place for large scale commercial events, product launching events, outdoor wedding banquets, etc.

Beerliner Whampoa Garden boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways, as well as an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting.

Star Seafood Floating Restaurant is located in Shatin and is the only Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong which is built with granite taking on the shape of a berthing ship. The restaurant has two floors, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 120 wedding banquets. Diners can enjoy a variety of dishes with exotic and stunning views of Shing Mun River.

ClubOne WaterFront is situated at a picturesque location directly beside the Tsing Ma Bridge at Park Island, New Territories. WaterFront has a breathtaking view of the Park Island Beach overlooking the sandy beach and the ocean. At night time, the lit up Tsing Ma Bridge is a beautiful sight observable from WaterFront. The banquet hall features a large and scenic open terrace which could be used for outdoor events or as a leisure area. The interior design of the venue is extravagant and contemporary. To complete the package, WaterFront offers a delicious fusion of traditional Chinese fare and Western contemporary cuisine.
