BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

HIGE Izakaya (ひげ / 髭) – a casual place for after-work drinking in late-night izakaya style. Hidden on a quiet street – the Castle Road in Mid-level, Hong Kong. A few steps away from the Caine Road. Restaurant set up with cozy chiling décor in tatami style that you’d be likely to find in any local Japanese town. Specializing in kushiyaki (aka-meat skewer) bites and quality sakes as well as whiskey and draught beer. Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. Items are prepared to order and not all ingredients are listed, so please let us know about any allergies or other concerns when ordering.

With seating for 60 people, Olive Room is fully furnished with modern audio and video equipment. Ideal for events, seminars, meetings, workshops, and parties.

The space holds an oval centre-piece bar decorated with large pendant lamps which are set against a backdrop of glowing back-lit “wine-shelves”. The high-rise plush lounge seating is tailor-made for small group gatherings, causal drinking and cocktail sipping.
