LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

With a drinks menu that provides unparalleled insight into the refined art of mixology, Lily continues to attract Hong Kong’s finest with an unbeatable selection of expertly-crafted cocktails served in a space inspired by turn-of-the-century America.

A Private Dining Room, located within Lily, are ideal for events of all types, ranging from business meetings, gatherings, birthday parties and many more.

THE RESTAURANT (5/F)
Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

Rúla Búla is part of the Irish expression 'Ri Ra agus Rúla Búla' which translates to 'uproar and commotion' in the context of a celebratory and good time.

The concept design is influenced by warehouse type bars in the meatpacking district of New York. Along with contemporary cocktails, cutting edge music you can still expect the famous warm Irish service!

Being an iconic landmark located at the heart of Kwun Tong, The Wave offers spacious event space for your company to host business meeting, seminar, training, product launch, exhibition and open day event. Our event space never ceases to amazed our clients with how customisable it is to cater with different needs and requirements. Event space on 9/F can seat up to 150 guests. Flexible configurations suitable for different event types. There are 2 Meeting Rooms and a spacious Executive Lounge Area and versatile Event Space. 

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. Wooloomooloo Prime (TST) brings the Wooloomooloo Dining Experience to another level. Situated on the top floor of The ONE, the iconic shopping mall in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant and lounge will surely be the perfect place for couples, friends and business people to enjoy dining and socializing.
