We spent time working on fine-tuning the formidable 4.0 litre V8 S twin-turbocharged engine to produce an improved torque level of 680 Nm for improved acceleration, even at low revs. It propels the car to a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h) effortlessly. We’ve also specially calibrated the suspension for increased responsiveness. And, of course, this exhilarating performance is matched by equally innovative, state-of-the-art fuel efficiencies. These enhancements also combine with one of the world’s finest all-wheel drive systems to deliver excellent traction and control. It features a two-storey furniture showroom that is well designed and coordinated to make event guests feel like they are attending a cozy event at a good friend's home. The highlight of the showroom features a New York apartment style room which connects to an spacious, quiet outdoor terrace. This is a different kind of venue which offers a comfortable and more intimate event space, not to mention probably more sofas to sit on than any other venues!
Ocean View Court, the iconic landmark of Cyberport's Arcade, is the perfect place to host exhibitions, galas, shows, product showcases and charity events. With its spacious environment, inspirational and creative setting, and well-equipped facilities, the Ocean View Court is one-of-a-kind, making it the ideal venue for every event organiser. We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!
