We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Located on the entire 20th floor, at The ONE Tsim Sha Tsui, customers can enjoy a striking panoramic skyline of Hong Kong at its famous Victoria Harbour. The 190-seat and over 6,000 square feet that draws on the Cafe Deco heritage of art deco for a classic ambiance that stretches across the level with open oyster bar and lively lobster tank, an authentic tandoori oven, cocktail bar and intimate dining tables with a breathtaking view. 

Our Executive Chef, Mr. Martin Kniss, and his talented team will continue to bring along their culinary signatures dishes such as Cafe Deco tapas selection, oysters, tandoori Himalayan chicken, Australian Angus beef and American ribeye to the new Cafe Deco to symbolise its 2 decades of strong tradition.

The largest root-top in Eastern Kowloon commercial district, Sky Garden has stunning city and harbour views. Its elegant, spacious and flexible space design can cater for a wide range of events and celebrations. It is equipped with a wall-mount giant screen for live projection.

Premium butcher and delicatessen Feather & Bone opens a one-stop grocery shop and restaurant.The cosy 30-seat eatery serves freshly made meals from 7am to 10pm daily, whilst al fresco seating accommodates up to 20 guests — perfect for private parties or whiling away an afternoon with a sampling of cheese, a freshly prepared salad and a glass of chilled wine. 

Well-stocked delicatessen-style counters showcase a selection of fine curds and meats, whilst a carefully curated collection of wines and spirits promise to elevate even the finest of home bars. Guests can opt to order meat straight from the butcher’s counter to be cooked to their liking, or have it lovingly packed with recipe suggestions from their expert butchers. 

Feather & Bone Happy Valley promised promises to be more than just a grocery store; the highly anticipated one-stop shop is sure to draw a crowd from the neighbourhood and beyond. 

Step outside in the Open Air in the centre of Causeway Bay, with a panoramic view of the city Sky line and the Victoria Park & Harbour View. The Rooftop Garden, situated 28 stories above street level offers panoramic views across famed Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park, offers you the best outdoor venue on the Hong Kong Island. Whether it is for private cocktails and celebrations, corporate welcome dinner, opening ceremony, forum dinner, training seminars, product launch, press conferences, meetings and wedding ceremonies, guest will enjoy the breathtaking vision of the bustling Hong Kong city at your feet in the comfort of your own space in the sky. You can hold your wedding ceremony outdoors in our upcoming Rooftop Garden.
