BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. Perfect for weddings, parties and private events, BLT Steak offers al fresco dining with amazing harbour views.

Kennedy Town’s Shoreditch, Urban Eatery and Battlecruiser brings a taste of London’s trendy east end eateries and culture to an area of Hong Kong that in the last couple of years has started to establish itself as a more relaxed alternative to the hustle and bustle of Soho and its surrounding areas.

Our food has strong links back to Britain whether directly by offering a traditional British dish or indirectly by taking British ingredients to create a more modern flavour suited to Asian tastes. The menu is regularly updated with new offerings. The drinks are also, in the main, uniquely British with offerings of Craft Beers, some interesting British wines within its wine list and British distilled Spirits allowing for some very interesting modern British cocktails.

The French Window is a cosmopolitan brasserie with a décor exuding Parisian beauty and elegance. Club Primo opens its doors in August 2015 in the midst of the most hippest area in Hong Kong, Lan Kwai Fong. Casa Lisboa grandly opened in mid-2010, which is quickly recognized as one of the best authentic Portuguese restaurant in the town. The menu of Casa Lisboa displays a delicate understanding of flavours ensuring traditional Portuguese dishes are resurrected with a creative touch to arouse new delight to our patrons. Wonderful yet extensive selections of Portuguese wines, ranging from red, white, green, porto and even beer, are all imported directly from Portugal.
