Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Following in the footsteps of his big brother, Wagyu Lounge has grown up to be a firm favorite for drinking and dining. Sitting high up in Soho, Wagyu Lounge has a spacious dance floor, comfortable plus warm brown leather couches all wrapped up in an earthy décor of rustic woods, granite, cast iron features & soft lighting. Wagyu Lounge serves an array of lavish concoctions & lush frozen drinks, offers a late-night menu to indulge in luxurious munchies and we boast a wine list to keep our brunch & dinner crowd blissful. Exuding a soothing, warm and down-to-earth feel, Wagyu Lounge effortlessly switches between being a lounge & a restaurant. Between being popular with the early risers for our hearty breakfast & an Illy coffee to go and being an intimate dinner destination & lazy brunch spot, Wagyu Lounge is the perfect blend of a cool bar, good food, smooth tunes and great ambience. Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

Rúla Búla is part of the Irish expression 'Ri Ra agus Rúla Búla' which translates to 'uproar and commotion' in the context of a celebratory and good time.

The concept design is influenced by warehouse type bars in the meatpacking district of New York. Along with contemporary cocktails, cutting edge music you can still expect the famous warm Irish service!
