Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Tsui Hang Village (Causeway Bay) is a modern interpretation of grand Guangdong mansion. Named after a Polynesian greeting meaning “kiss kiss”, Honi Honi Cocktail Lounge has been the first Tiki lounge bar to open its door in Hong Kong. The venue is a veritable haven of elegance and design, consisting of classic Polynesian deco, architectural creations of timber and bamboo. With the outdoor terrace adorned with lush greenery and sculpted furniture, it is a truly escape at the heart of the city.
