Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Part of the made over Discovery Bay Plaza, Zak's is the largest restaurant of Lantau's most exciting oceanfront culinary hub. Complete with a 5000ft² spacious outdoor terrace and a smart alfresco atmosphere, diners can enjoy world-class culinary delights of eastern and western cultural influences mixed together with a cool resort-like vibe. Sitting on the edge of the beach, Zak's boasts 2 levels with 3 separate defined areas on the lower deck and an upstairs lounge all offering beautiful sea views. Aamchi Mumbai is an Indian Restaurant and Bar with Mumbai City theme, with 60 seats. Screen Protector and LCD screen is available. DJ Music system along with basic conference PA is also available. Table serving or full range buffer can be served with great setup and arrangement.

Inspired by the joie de vivre of French culture and cuisine, Bungalow's restaurant serves up traditional French fare that is both comforting as well as refined. Our head chef Steve Chou hails from two of New York City's renowned one Michelin-starred restaurants, Public and The Modern and brings with him a skilled, sophisticated culinary technique that is bold and unconventional while still paying special reverence to the French classics.

With an area of 6,000 square feet, Bungalow provides customers a club experience unlike any other. The venue is fitted with the latest in entertainment production such as Funktion-One speakers, moving head spot lights, lasers and 4 wall-sized LED screens. The elevated DJ booth is equipped with three Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus decks and a DJM900 Nexus mixer, in which is surrounded by a full service semi-circle marble bar. J. Candice Interior Architects is the vision behind the blue and white renaissance-esque design of the space, which features 14 VIP tables and 4 by-invitation only tables next to the DJ booth. As eye candy, the eerily eye-catching giant framed photographs decorating the walls are taken by noted German photographer, Helen Sobiralski. A rising talent, her works are all inspired by traditional Baroque paintings but re-interpreted with modern elements.
