  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.
  • Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  2 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.

OVERVIEW With extra legroom for rear passengers, a range of in-car entertainment choices and the option of airline-style reclining seats, the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase is an incredible car in which to travel. The ultimate in Bentley luxury, it can be considered a true home from home. MORE ROOM IN THE BACK The Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase adds 250mm of legroom in the rear, its extended rear doors making it easier to get in and out of the car in style. And with electric curtains to each of the rear windows it is the perfect mode of transport for those with the occasional need to travel incognito. AIRLINE-STYLE RECLINING SEATS Optional airline-style reclining seats give travellers in the rear the chance to relax as they might on a private jet. And the connection with flying is not one made lightly. This is the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase: the ultimate combination of speed and exquisite luxury. PANORAMIC REAR SUNROOF A tilting glass sunroof invites a cascade of daylight into the rear of the car, while an electric Alcantara blind can eliminate the glare of the sun at the touch of a button. ELONGATED CENTRAL CONSOLE An elongated central console runs the length of the cabin, its handcrafted veneers concealing a range of storage options for the comfort of rear seat passengers, alongside controls for seat heating and ventilation, the sunroof and the electric curtains built into the windows. And when it’s time to work, picnic tables fold out elegantly from within. NEW EXTERIOR DESIGN The Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase includes a number of changes to the front and the rear of the car, some of which can also be seen on the new Mulsanne and new Mulsanne Speed. The grilles, brightware, headlamp clusters and rear lamps have all been revised to give the exterior of the car a sharper, more contemporary appearance. WIDER, REDESIGNED FACE The new, wider radiator grille sits in front of the Bentley matrix, with stainless steel vertical vanes fanning out from the centre. The lower grilles have been widened in line with the front bumper, increasing the car’s road presence. NEW HEADLAMP TECHNOLOGY The design of the headlamp cluster is retained, however the outboard secondary lamps have been moved upwards to align them with the main lamps. The washers sit in the centre. The lamps themselves can operate automatically, with four light modes to cover different driving requirements: urban roads, country lanes, motorways and normal main beam. STRIKING BENTLEY FLYING ‘B’ REAR LAMPS New rear lamps glow with the three-dimensional form of a Flying ‘B’ when operated, making it clear from practically any distance that the car up ahead is a Bentley. NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY Set into the sleek veneers of the dashboard, a new 8" touch screen controls the infotainment and vehicle systems, with 4G connectivity for faster response times, an improved user experience, and compatibility with Apple CarPlay. Google Maps*, satellite imagery and Street View* bring a new dimension to the navigation system, allowing the driver to see routes, junctions and destinations. Mobile phones and tablets can be connected to the car via Bluetooth, or the USB ports in either the Media Drawer or the glove box, allowing them to be charged while sharing their data. An in-car Wi-Fi hotspot provides high speed* access for eight such devices. NEW REAR SEAT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM The optional Bentley Theatre rear seat entertainment system features twin 10.4” touch screen tablets. Deployed electrically from within the backs of the front seats, they provide access to many of the car’s systems for back seat passengers, including journey and vehicle data, games, digital music and even DVDs. Thanks to the in-car WiFi, video calling, media streaming and cloud-based services are also available. The tablets can also be removed from the car. NEW EXTERIOR COLOURS AND VENEER OPTIONS Two new wood veneer options have been added to the range: Liquid Amber and Dark Stained Madrona. New exterior paint colours include Rose Gold and Julep.
