Driving down Ice House Street, one cannot miss FLY's playful "Front Porch", a semi-outdoor area that is embraced by floor-to-ceiling warm timber planks that intertwined with greens, foliage and light reflections from a gold disco ball spinning lazily in the background. "Combined with playful features such as a hopscotch painted on the floorboards, this area sets a mood that is playful, intimate and welcoming for patrons who want to chill and 'play' at the same time," FLY interior designer, Alicia Tan, puts in a nutshell. It preps one for a night of adrenaline-filled partying where a 3500-square feet dance club awaits behind the smoky glass doors.

The "Back Room" is designed such that a clubber's senses would be enhanced through hearing, seeing and feeling of the music; a massive Turbosound system that pumps solid, crisp and powerful sound that can vibrate hair on skin, a jet-black DJ booth that sits amidst a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling LED wall, displaying larger-than-life graphics that are in-sync with the sound and beats of the tunes. Gritty black tiles, raw concrete and mesh screens are dotted with reflective materials to strategically reflect LED graphics, energizing every corner and engulfing clubbers with synchronized visual beats. Other playful features, such as handle-like wall features, a pseudo dancing pole, raised flooring and even tables that could be used as dancing platforms are also key elements to the spatial planning of the room to entice clubbers' interaction with the music and vibe. Graffiti work by famed French graffiti artist, L1ES ONE, on 2 of the back walls act as backdrops to this urban music playground.

Jimmy’s Kitchen has been serving classic British Colonial cuisine in Hong Kong since 1928. After over 80 years, Jimmy’s still remains one of the city’s most highly renowned and beloved culinary institutions. The old photographs hanging on the walls, the immaculate table setting, the mood lighting and the meticulous service all ensure that guests feel at home. FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.
