The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. We have 2 venue options in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wanchai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Dim Sum Bar is no ordinary dim sum restaurant. The casual yet modern ambiance offers a food paradise for dim sum and traditional Chinese cuisine lovers alike. The extensive menu showcases over 30 traditional dim sum dishes divided into several categories: steamed and fried dishes, cheong fun or steamed rice rolls, congee, rice, noodles, dumplings and desserts. A variety of traditional wok-fried dishes are also available for guests to choose from.
