With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. JAMIE’S ITALIAN TSIM SHA TSUI features a spacious outdoor terrace for al fresco dining and postcard-worthy view of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. Situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui’s retail hub, the stylish & pillar-free restaurant can welcome up to 164 guests for dinner or 200 for a standing cocktail setting. The private outdoor terrace offers seating for an additional 70 guests.
