QUAYSIDE, a contemporary kitchen & bar at Fenwick Pier, Wan Chai. This will be a must-experience destination for foodies. QUAYSIDE is between Tamar and convention centre, with its chic design overlooking the spectacular Victoria Harbour and Kowloon skyline.

This large waterfront restaurant has been fully renovated and seats 250 guests. It also offers an elegant, al fresco dining, bar & lounge area with trendy and cozy ambiance, the ideal spot for dining and winning. QUAYSIDE is well equipped with projection facility, is also suitable for various functions, private parties, product launches, weddings and corporate events.

Craft Beer Corporate Events

Our homebrewing and beer tasting workshops provide the perfect team building opportunity.

Our homebrewing workshops are a great way to promote team-bonding over the course of the 3+ hours, as participants enjoy craft beers while having a hands on experience with the beer making process. Beer related topics such as brewing basics, beer history and different craft beer style will also be covered. Our venue can hold up to 16-20 persons.

We also offer craft beer tasting events / workshops that last for less than 3 hours. Beer tasting provides a more relaxed and casual environment, participants will be able to learn about what happened to the beer world over the past decades, while having the chance to taste different type of craft beers from different beer style from all over the world. Event style can be sit down or standing, depending on the nature required. Our venue can hold up to 40 people standing, and 20 people sitting. Private Events

Whether you are looking to celebrate a birthday, throwing a bachelor or bachelorette party, or just feel like drinking a lot of delicious craft beers with your friends, HK Brewcraft has got you covered. Our venue is open for private events, which includes tailored beer tastings and interactive homebrewing workshops, organized by our team of beer experts, to make things as hassle-free for you. We will provide the beer and education, you provide the party.

THE OCEAN

A stretch of floor-to-ceiling windows reveals panoramic sea views, complemented by striking textural finishes that harness the beauty and spirit of the deep blue. From its booths and tables inspired by coral reefs to tailor-made ceramics inspired by oceanic flora, every feature evokes a sense of serene oceanic bliss.  

Space is a luxury, and THE OCEAN’s expansive 8,000 square-foot setting – complete with private dining rooms featuring built-in aquarium walls that house hundreds of hovering jellyfish – was designed to accentuate its size without sacrificing intimacy. The space commands attention with exquisite interior design elements, while maintaining a sense of tranquility under the sparkling backdrop of Repulse Bay.

CABANA 

With refined Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for glorious sunny days, Cabana is a haven of leisure and luxurious relaxation, located on Hong Kong’s Southside.     

At just over 12,000 sq.ft, the open-air rooftop is a spacious escape from the city – whether as a getaway venue for a group of friends who want to party in style, or even for those who desire a perfectly quiet corner to relax in comfort.

A ‘Crown Jewel’ on Hong Kong’s Southside, Cabana is a venue bathed in sunlight, and cooled by a gentle breeze from the sea. It is a tranquil environment to unwind - the ultimate weekday paradise to enjoy a little peace and quiet, while sipping on crafted cocktails and fresh juices, and enjoying a memorable meal from the menu.

On weekends, friends gather to celebrate the sunshine and the sunset; the atmosphere ratchets up a few party notches with international DJ’s spinning as Champagne corks pop, and everyone enjoys Hong Kong’s own Riviera lifestyle.

The Collab – One Venue, Endless Possibilities 

We offer all-inclusive, multi-purposed venues with flexible layout plans that will allow you to conduct showrooms, conferences, seminars, trainings, corporate functions and even parties! Our facilities include Wifi, laptop, projector, audio-visual system, microphones, TV, Xbox, game sets, party equipment and dry pantry. Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Located in close proximity to all transportation.

The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.
