IVY is neither a typical western cuisine nor fine dining restaurant. Instead, it brings the authentic taste of Southern France to Hong Kong where everyone can enjoy healthy and simple culinary experience. Extremely diverse and rich in a variety of ingredients, herb and spices, IVY pops ordinary food with distinctive flavor. The interior design keeps everything simple and basic, avoid any redundant furnishing. Using primitive natural materials: wool, concrete, marble, copper and leather which keep everything in their original colour and texture.

Set in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, the restaurant is paved with earth tone tiles splashed with a burnt orange wash, exuding a warm and refreshing and ambiance. Ornaments hung on the walls include bows, arrows and animal skins. Eye-catching canvas tents are set in various areas and over the buffet area. Seating is finished in plush New Zealand sheepskin and rawhide lampshades complete the final touches. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian-style buffet allows you to create your own main course from a wide range of fresh meats, vegetables, sauces and spices. You can follow your desired recipes on our signboards, pass the ingredients to our chef who will cook your dish to perfection and bring it to your table served piping-hot in minutes. House-specialty cocktails include Margarita, Sangria and Mojito, to complement to your meal.

The 4938ft² Park Lane Room I-VI create a lingering impression with its grand entrance and 10ft ceiling. Presenting a far-reaching view of the city and Victoria Park from one of the hotel's highest levels, its oversized windows set a glorious scene in the morning and a romantic one after sunset.
