08 Studio is a photography studio located in Chai Wan. This 1800-sqft. space is a great place for your photo/video shooting to capture your memorisable moments.

Thai Mater is a restaurant and bar located in bustling Tsim Sha Tsui. We serve modern and authentic Thai cuisine, all of our chefs are Thai. We have indoor dining area, outdoor terrace with bar & lounge area and private room. Come and enjoy the great food and nice scenery of Kowloon Park. The whole atmosphere is so relaxing that make you feel like dining in Thailand.

Artisan & Co is a 1,500 square feet venue with retail and classroom area which can hold up to 50. Induction cooker and sink is attached to each seat, especially suitable for holding training and workshops. Japanese tatami area and bar table area make the venue suitable to be a party room which can carry up to 50.

We are conveniently located beside the MTR station. For F&B, we can help to prepare external food and technical equipment.

Packages for party and event such as private parties, corporate meeting, training/ team building etc., can be tailor-made depends on individual requirements.
