L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. Patrons can savor traditional favorites from the open kitchen including Roasted Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter. Beerliner also features an impressive list of classic German beers like Weissbier and Pilsener, and a refreshing cocktails and mocktails list is also available for affinities.

Furnished with traditional booth-seats and deep leather couches, the well-stocked bar is decorated with ornate columns and wood trimmings. Offering a range of specialty beers, ales and classic English pub food, it also features Scottish whiskies for connoisseurs.

Apart from the time-honored recipes including the signature Barbecued Pork, the chefs has launched a series of new chef's recommendations for more delightful dining adventures. The 8 elegant private rooms are ideal for private luncheon and dinner gatherings. Private room Xiguan, Liwan & Dongshan can be combined to accommodate up to 72 guests with magnificent harbour view.
