TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu. 

The urban ambience of the venue provides guests with a unique dining experience which is reflective of Chef Keung’s personality. Surrounded by the panoramic view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will be sure to have a special night.

Allegretto Hong Kong resides at the podium of China Hong Kong City, an oasis at the crowded hub of Tsim Sha Tsui. Special design and layout of our 2,000 sf indoor area and some outdoor space present you the atmosphere of European life. Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.

Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

Launched by the founders of the popular “Three Butchers” online deli, Feather & Bone brings the same top-quality, 100% grass-fed meat sourced directly from Australian farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. Through our online shop, customers can get the same premium cuts of meat hand-sliced by our butcher. Our market-fresh fruits and vegetables are selected daily by our dedicated staff, as well as a hand-picked selection of seasonal products exclusively imported from Europe and the US.
