Dim Sum Bar is no ordinary dim sum restaurant. The casual yet modern ambiance offers a food paradise for dim sum and traditional Chinese cuisine lovers alike. The extensive menu showcases over 30 traditional dim sum dishes divided into several categories: steamed and fried dishes, cheong fun or steamed rice rolls, congee, rice, noodles, dumplings and desserts. Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. It has always been an ideal place hosting practical cooking classes, cooking competitions, parties, team building events, product seminars and more.

We do also take care of petite chefs. The innovative Towngas KIDchen is equipped with cooking stations with adjustable heights so that adults and young kids can cook together with ease. What’s more, ‘Fun To Cook’ workshop is tailor-made for young people who want to enjoy cooking fun and share splendid food they make with friends in a cozy and hassle-free environment.
