Birthday? Baby shower? Hen’s night? Umami Concepts has the answer with our signature service: the Interactive Cooking Party. Your event will be hosted by Chef Nolan or a guest chef. He or she will have prepared most of your dinner, allowing you and your guests to add the finishing touches. Afterall, great food is even more delicious when created with great friends. As always, culinary offerings are tailor made for you.

Feast (Food by EAST) is our big, bustling café on the 1st floor. Brimming with authentic Asian specialties and international favourites, our philosophy is 'simple things, done well'. Guests can expect to enjoy tasty breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from Feast.

Since its inception in 2008, Ta Pantry has thrilled guests with a series of creative, cuisine-driven menus showcasing chef Esther Sham’s signature cooking style. The private kitchen’s new address opened in 2015 is a homecoming of sorts for chef Sham, who is thrilled to return to the Star Street neighborhood. Ta Pantry can accommodate up to twenty guests in its intimate 600 sq ft space.

BREAD STREET KITCHEN & BAR presents a British European menu, featuring dishes from its London counterpart, using specially imported artisanal products with local influences and the very best ingredients from Australasia. Needing little introduction, the world-renowned chef, Gordon Ramsay, will create excitement among Hong Kong diners with this relaxed dining and bar experience.
