Southside Terrace, is part of Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay. Oozing with industrial character and natural charm, Air|Space’s eclectic mix of hand-picked furniture and artwork contrasts the building’s original rustic features, and makes it the best backdrop for the most memorable event for your guests.

A cozy bar and lounge serves its signature cocktails with bar snacks. It is located near HKU Station B2 Exit, which is easily accessed. 

Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Diners are kept engaged throughout the meal, making this one of the most written about eateries, not only in Hong Kong, but also internationally, gaining popular acclaim in Singapore, Taiwan and even as far afield as London and New York. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.

Our meeting facilities are designed for and used by companies of different sizes and industries for different purposes. Our facilities include an function area that can allocate up to 50 people. Our flexible setup design provides a friendly environment for different purposes and our facilities are all equipped with projections, audio conferencing system, high speed broadband and Wifi connection.
