Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. It has always been an ideal place hosting practical cooking classes, cooking competitions, parties, team building events, product seminars and more.

We do also take care of petite chefs. The innovative Towngas KIDchen is equipped with cooking stations with adjustable heights so that adults and young kids can cook together with ease. What’s more, ‘Fun To Cook’ workshop is tailor-made for young people who want to enjoy cooking fun and share splendid food they make with friends in a cozy and hassle-free environment.

Our mixologists have created a sumptuous array of specialty cocktails and if we don't have your desired vintage wine, whisky or champagne, just let us know and we will ensure to have it for your next booking. Penser Concept provides a cozy environment for private art jamming parties, with huge variety of art and craft equipments and materials, all guests are able to have a fun time and enjoy the moment. Located in a convenient location, yet we have a balcony for barbecue parties to take place. At Penser Concept, you and your guests are guaranteed to be relaxed and chilled with an artsy vibe.

Minimum charge: $2400 for whole venue rental, includes painting packages for 15 persons. Drinks packages can be discussed and customised for each client, guests are always welcome to bring their own drinks too. Venue themes and decorations can be provided.

Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Evoking memories of traditional Parisian cafés, Plat du Jour Pacific Place serves authentic French bistro fare using quality products and classic cooking techniques. 

The restaurant is designed for a variety of customers and functions where guests can choose to have a 2 or 3 course meal in the main restaurant, a drink and a bite at the bar, or simply a relaxing afternoon coffee with a nibble at the indoor terrace.
