A unique and versatile space ideal for intimate bespoke gatherings, team buildings, shows, gatherings and facilitations requiring something other than the usual. The main studio is light and airy with windows on two walls and mirrors that may be curtained if desired. 

Red Doors offers an inspirational space that evokes calm and creative thinking with highly personalised and attentive service.  Home made spiced tea and healthy treats are complimentary and if desired you are welcome to experience a complimentary 20 minute deep relaxation break mid afternoon to the sound of the largest gong collection in Asia. The floor of the studio features the only permanent indoor labyrinth for walking meditation as well.

The multi functionality of the studio allows for small group discussions in up to 3 break-out rooms, a communal refreshment area, sit down eating area as well as the studio itself. The founder is a professional facilitator and management consultant in the area of personal effectiveness and corporate wellness and takes every effort to ensure every need is met. She is available to lead workshops as well.

Red Doors Studio offer a 28x28 feet studio with a labyrinth painted on the floor for walking meditation and three 8x10 feet rooms. Two of the smaller rooms can be opened up into one 16 x 20 feet meeting room. The venue has a small kitchen open to the common area. 2 toilets. The mirrored wall in the studio can be covered with white curtains. Folding chairs, folding tables, flip-chart, yoga mats, massage table, blankets meditation cushions, bolsters are available at the studio. The studio can take 40 yoga mats on the floor.

Classroom style in main studio can accommodate 60 easily. 20 folding chairs available on site, additional seating available on a request basis for an additional fee. Use of VCR complimentary.

CRAFTSTEAK, OPEN FIRE COOKING – created for comfort, Craftsteak provides a memorable fine dining experience. A feature of the restaurant is the open fire cooking on the custom made charcoal fired grill which creates wonderful hints of smoke flavor to the sizzling grills. Classic starters, the freshest cuts of steaks from Australia, USA and Canada as well as poultry, seafood and vegetables, all presented with a selection of individual sauces, are there to enjoy in an atmosphere created for comfort. Famous for its great selection of world wines, many available by the glass.

The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房 

Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.

Beerliner's second location in Hong Kong has a unique façade - an inspired exterior that imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure. The restaurant's swanky interior is an ultimate in chic style with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old Word design elements like striking arched doorways and modern chandelier lights. It also boasts a large open kitchen and a classic micro-brewery found at the rear end of the restaurant. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, it offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Moreover, for breezy atmosphere, the alfresco area is a good place to relax and unwind.

The décor of Lai Bun Fu transports guests back to the colonial days of yesteryear, with the sophisticated marbled floors, forest green panelled walls and refined Chinese antiques, as old favourite Chinese songs are played in the background.
