Launched by the founders of the popular “Three Butchers” online deli, Feather & Bone brings the same top-quality, 100% grass-fed meat sourced directly from Australian farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. Through our online shop, customers can get the same premium cuts of meat hand-sliced by our butcher. Our market-fresh fruits and vegetables are selected daily by our dedicated staff, as well as a hand-picked selection of seasonal products exclusively imported from Europe and the US. 

Filled with an array of goods on the shelves of the store with an elongated wooden platform to provide the best venue for private parties, product launched and wine tasting.

Desk-one is a collaborative working, reading and studying space. We support events and welcome collaborations especially with cultural and design themes. The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.
