"CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.

Using food as a channel to promote community, "Eat Healthy, Save Our Earth" is the slogan which accentuates our values. By stressing harmony, CLUB CHOW aims to provide a little escape in every day metropolitan life.

FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. This private heritage house was built in 1894, and is in the heart of the bohemian village of Tai Hang, Causeway Bay. Our stunning 2-storey house has been standing since Tai Hang Village was a harbour front fishing village.
