The restaurant is intended to be obscured as a darkened cinema, leaving all the attention to the twinkling lights of Hong Kong. Townhouse showcases the perfect marriage of Asian food and Western cooking method satisfying everyone’s taste bud and intends providing different innovative delicacies to pleasantly surprise all the epicures in town. Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. The interior of Bloop is just as, if not even more, impressive; a dominating 8-metre long aquarium filled with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays astounds all who visit and a very select few VIPs will even be allowed the opportunity to feed these majestic predators of the deep blue!

Beerliner's second location in Hong Kong has a unique façade - an inspired exterior that imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure. Public restaurants in One Island East, Quarry Bay, offers an international selection of food and drinks for busy office executives and local residents alike.

The self-serviced takeaway counterpart Public Deli and the full-service Public Restaurant on Level 37 of One Island East present a vast array of culinary options and both available for event hiring. Public Deli features four different booths including Hagaki (Japanese), Pho Real (Vietnamese), Colibri (Italian) and Bombay Boom (Indian) and the linked 150-seat Public Restaurant with floor to ceiling windows is a round-the-clock dine-in area providing a seasonal contemporary fare of International favourites including Italian, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.
