The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Part of the made over Discovery Bay Plaza, Zak's is the largest restaurant of Lantau's most exciting oceanfront culinary hub. In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Fujiyama Mama brings diners a unique and fun-filled Japanese dining experience with a feel-good Rock & Roll vibe. The bespoke Cider Rita revolutionizes the drinking culture by letting diners make and mix their own drink to their liking.

Having moved to a bigger and better location just across the street, PizzaExpress Wing Fung Street is now with two floors and plenty of seats to feed more handmade Italian pizza-lovers. The relaxed interior features rustic wooden tables, warm spot lighting and a signature open kitchen that allows diners to witness the chefs skilfully tossing pizzas. This stylish environment with a convivial atmosphere will be a perfect dining spot for business lunches, family gatherings or casual catch-ups with friends.
