Inspired by a love of hearty Italian cuisine and fresh, healthy Californian cooking, our passion is to make every meal a special one for our diners.

From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

Part of the made over Discovery Bay Plaza, Zak's is the largest restaurant of Lantau's most exciting oceanfront culinary hub. Beerliner Whampoa Garden boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways, as well as an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting.
