Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. The stunning venue offers a space that feels casual and inviting, yet still upscale. Jinjuu boasts a unique menu with big bold flavours, showcasing much loved Korean classics as well as fun street food fare. These vibrant dishes and the tasty selection of “Anju” (small plates served with alcohol) match perfectly with the playful famed concoctions from the bar. On select evenings, the resident DJ’s hits the decks, spinning a mix of smooth house and soulful R&B, transforming Jinjuu into a vibrant late-night venue.

Located at the heart of Sheung Wan, A.STYLE is just minutes away from Central, also known as Poho, an upcoming art and cultural area in downtown Hong Kong. The space has just renovated with clean white wall, grey floor, sound system and flexible settings. LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

THE RESTAURANT (5/F)
Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

Greenhouse is located at Causeway Bay, the most vibrant district in Hong Kong. Joining the Food Forum on 10th floor in Times Square, following the food concept of House series “Asian with a Western Twist”, Greenhouse serves a variety of innovative dishes to satisfy diners’ palate.
