Ivan The Kozak specialize in Eastern European food. This family-run restaurant serves authentic Russian and Ukrainian cuisine, complemented by an extensive selection of rare vodkas and wines imported directly from Eastern Europe. Good for business lunches, family dinners and private events.

Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.

QUAYSIDE, a contemporary kitchen & bar at Fenwick Pier, Wan Chai. This will be a must-experience destination for foodies. QUAYSIDE is between Tamar and convention centre, with its chic design overlooking the spectacular Victoria Harbour and Kowloon skyline.

This large waterfront restaurant has been fully renovated and seats 250 guests. FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

Plat du Jour at Taikoo Place is Swire Restaurants’ first standalone restaurant. Evoking memories of traditional Parisian cafés, it serves authentic French bistro fare using quality products and classic cooking techniques.
