From solid minimal techno to hypnotic house, and more good music, OMA stays with decent sound system to keep real dance music breathing in this concrete jungle. Selective international guest DJs and more hidden talents from oversea meet Hong Kong, local DJs going out to play more clubs, festivals in oversea to meet the world.

Nestled in the heart of Happy Valley, The Jockey is a quaint neighborhood pub where one can watch the world go by. Facing the Southern end of the Happy Valley Race Track with both indoor and alfresco seating, The Jockey serves the local residents as a convenient meeting place for drinks, food, conversation and watching major sporting events live on the big and small screens around the pub.

Casa Lisboa grandly opened in mid-2010, which is quickly recognized as one of the best authentic Portuguese restaurant in the town. The menu of Casa Lisboa displays a delicate understanding of flavours ensuring traditional Portuguese dishes are resurrected with a creative touch to arouse new delight to our patrons. Wonderful yet extensive selections of Portuguese wines, ranging from red, white, green, porto and even beer, are all imported directly from Portugal. Driving down Ice House Street, one cannot miss FLY's playful "Front Porch", a semi-outdoor area that is embraced by floor-to-ceiling warm timber planks that intertwined with greens, foliage and light reflections from a gold disco ball spinning lazily in the background. "Combined with playful features such as a hopscotch painted on the floorboards, this area sets a mood that is playful, intimate and welcoming for patrons who want to chill and 'play' at the same time," FLY interior designer, Alicia Tan, puts in a nutshell. It preps one for a night of adrenaline-filled partying where a 3500-square feet dance club awaits behind the smoky glass doors.

The "Back Room" is designed such that a clubber's senses would be enhanced through hearing, seeing and feeling of the music; a massive Turbosound system that pumps solid, crisp and powerful sound that can vibrate hair on skin, a jet-black DJ booth that sits amidst a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling LED wall, displaying larger-than-life graphics that are in-sync with the sound and beats of the tunes. Gritty black tiles, raw concrete and mesh screens are dotted with reflective materials to strategically reflect LED graphics, energizing every corner and engulfing clubbers with synchronized visual beats. Other playful features, such as handle-like wall features, a pseudo dancing pole, raised flooring and even tables that could be used as dancing platforms are also key elements to the spatial planning of the room to entice clubbers' interaction with the music and vibe. Graffiti work by famed French graffiti artist, L1ES ONE, on 2 of the back walls act as backdrops to this urban music playground.

The newest Frites restaurant – located in Wan Chai – brings the same authentic dining experience to the diners in the area.
