The event possibilities on board NextWave ISLAND are limitless. The NextWave team not only designed this incredible vessel, but we've built it too! Every detail has been designed with our customers in mind, and you won't find any boat comparable to NextWave ISLAND anywhere else in Hong Kong. 
The wide open decks make this boat suitable for DJ dance events, sit down dinners, weddings, product launches, harbour cruises, corporate meetings, birthdays, and any events!

A venue rather than a boat, ISLAND is Hong Kong's most versatile vessel. It's a floating island ideal for any event and the friendly team at Nextwave are always happy and ready to help create an unforgettable day or evening for you.

Located in the heart of Hong Kong and surrounded with art and culture, La Galerie is a nice place for art lovers. It is rare to see photography gallery in Hong Kong and we are one of them, we like to share our love of photography, where you could hold events in a place with our selections and collections. We located in Soho, near to PMQ, where you also can find international cusine and delicate boutiques. It is convenient, just 15 minutes walking from Central MTR station. And it is a place that never sleeps.

We offer venue rental service, suitable for pop-up events, photo/ film shooting, press conference, wine tasting. With the component of movable partition walls and furniture, they allow you to redesign the interior as you wanted, it could be classic and traditional or novel and contemporary. We also have HD TV screen, HD speaker, couches, fridge. We can hold up to 80 people, so you could alter the space to fit in the needs of your events. If you were a fan of traditional Spanish tapas, pairing with a variety of house wines, Timón Seafood Tapas would quickly become one of your favourites. Located on the inner street of Ship Street in Wan Chai, with a colourful presented entrance is simply eye catching. The smooth and mellow atmosphere, surrounded by Spanish passionate music offers a more distinct multi-faced vibe. The colour combination of blue and gold visually brings you to the Spanish coastal gem, San Sebastian and the Catalan giants, Barcelona.

Spanish toasts are classic tapas, in which White Anchovies with Piquillo Pepper and Sardine with Red Onion and Parsley are the ones for you to try. A traditional well seasoned method, with well-balanced between vinegar and spices will definitely satisfy your tastebuds.

Seafood tapas will be a whole new tasting experience in Timón Seafood Tapas, while you can choose from signature dishes including: Deep-fried Calamari, Octopus with Sweet Potato Foam, and Blue Mussels Bathing in Sea Broth. Calamari and Mayonnaise are perfect matches as if they are Bonnie and Clyde in crime, while the texture of Octopus and Sweet Potato Foam accompany smoothly together. Spicy Clams Cooked in Manzanilla, where clams are from local wet market harmony with Manzanilla from Southern Spain has a strong aroma and a creamy texture, while Blue Mussels from France bathing in Sea Broth with strong aroma and a touch of sweetness is another gem.

Sauteéd and Frito are also customers’ favourite, including Slow-cooked Chorizo al Cava and Deep-fried Padrón Pepper. Bite-sized Chorizo bathing in Cava for 3 hours has an excellent balance between spiciness and sweetness, whereas Padrón Pepper originated from Northern Spain also balance the spiciness with a touch of sea salt.

Beef Tenderloin & Foie Gras serving with Prune Sauce and Grilled Pork Presa with Chimichurri would be the first picks for carnivores without any hesitation. The tenderness of Prune matches perfectly with the succulent texture of Beef Tenderloin and Foie Gras; while Chimichurri functions the same as Prune Sauce, bringing the freshness of spices with au jus of Pork Presa.

BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes.
