3,500 sqft versatile space can be transformed to a Product Showroom or Party Venue.  Including a 300sqft balcony, 11 Ft ceilings, direct elevator access, fridge and useful technical equipment.

The newest Frites restaurant – located in Wan Chai – brings the same authentic dining experience to the diners in the area. Frites pays homage to authentic Belgian style with beers being poured in the age-old traditional way. There are many fine eating destinations that match wine with haute cuisine dotted around the city, but sticking to the time-honored traditions in Belgium, where folks come into a warm and welcoming environment for a great plate of food and their favourite glass of beer, Frites offers a well-rounded selection of delights.

Having moved to a bigger and better location just across the street, PizzaExpress Wing Fung Street is now with two floors and plenty of seats to feed more handmade Italian pizza-lovers. The relaxed interior features rustic wooden tables, warm spot lighting and a signature open kitchen that allows diners to witness the chefs skilfully tossing pizzas. This stylish environment with a convivial atmosphere will be a perfect dining spot for business lunches, family gatherings or casual catch-ups with friends.

Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!
