Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

The 5,742 ft² newly renovated function room at Panda Hotel, the CRYSTAL, is now adorned with its iconic feature - a unique, colour-changing LED crystal wall. Erba Bettolino, occupying 1,000 sqft., is fully renovated in loft style, there are 2 zoning【EARTH】and【AQUA】respectively.

【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.
