Hazel & Hershey is an artisanal Coffee Shop. Our focus is Coffee bean to cup, we do direct trade from origin, estate and farmers only. Our menu ranges from our large selection of single origin beans or our espresso menu where everyone is sure to find their own cup of coffee. We also have light snacks and finger food available. Hazel & Hershey also have the best coffee tools/machines store in town.

We are a warehouse shop specialized in craft products from small producers in France, such as wine, beer, lemonade, olive oil, cheese, and also terrines, rillettes, seafood... 

We have a significant organic range that includes olive oil, beer, chocolate, and brandy, liqueurs...
The surface is around 1000 sq.ft. 

Any late noise won't bother anybody in our building :-)

Otto Lounge has also grown from strength to strength by hosting private corporate events, after wedding parties, live gigs, clubbing events and other private gatherings. There’s always something happening at Otto Lounge! The inside area and outdoor balcony (suitable for smoking) can accommodate up to 80 standing guests.

It's the ideal space for birthdays, after wedding parties, work functions, Christmas parties, album launches and more. The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

The Verandah is a celebrated restaurant that brings you fine continental fare in a classic setting, offering a faultless combination of heavenly cuisine, fine wines and discreet, attentive service in true Peninsula style.
