Privé Group's new establishment – Hanabi, an exclusive Japanese omakase bar.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

Conveniently located in the central business district in Hong Kong, BRICK LANE Admiralty offers spacious and scenic al fresco dining experience. It is also one of the best places to view festive fireworks display in Hong Kong. The restaurant is an ideal venue for corporate events, weddings, parties, fashion shows, meetings and more.

The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks.
