Located on the 31st floor and rooftop of The Hennessy, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (Wan Chai) is a gem for the fan of great steak, vibrant nightlife and of course, a metropolitan view to die for. Overlooking Happy Valley, Wan Chai and our neighbors across Victoria Harbor, host a lavish corporate event, an elegant wedding reception, or simply a meal with great friends while you watch the world flow by from up on high.

The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. We have 2 venue options in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wanchai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. After making a smooth ascent up to the 26th floor of Tower 535, step into the spacious and elegantly designed 8,000 sq. ft. dining room, complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbor. Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. Comfortably seating 150 customers inside the restaurant and a further 30-35 customers on the terrace, Seafood Room presents a wide range of both local and imported fresh and live seafood, serving globally-inspired cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean, South American and more.

With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Complete the culinary journey with some delicious desserts, which includes Yuzu Tart with toasted meringue, green tea ice-cream, Peanut Butter Crunch Bar with Banana Ice-Cream and Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberries.

Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. With a mesmerizing 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor, the rooftop is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite cocktail or bubbles after a long working week. Live DJ’s will be spinning beats every Friday & Saturday evening for patrons to dance the night away.

Along with elaborate inventive cocktails, Seafood Room also offers an extensive wine list featuring rare and exquisite wines from around the world.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

Named after a Polynesian greeting meaning “kiss kiss”, Honi Honi Cocktail Lounge has been the first Tiki lounge bar to open its door in Hong Kong. The venue is a veritable haven of elegance and design, consisting of classic Polynesian deco, architectural creations of timber and bamboo. With the outdoor terrace adorned with lush greenery and sculpted furniture, it is a truly escape at the heart of the city.

The décor of Lai Bun Fu transports guests back to the colonial days of yesteryear, with the sophisticated marbled floors, forest green panelled walls and refined Chinese antiques, as old favourite Chinese songs are played in the background.
