Specializing in agave spirits including Mezcal as its namesake along with Tequila and Sotol. Many of the premium spirits on offer are unique to Mezcalito as they have been imported from Los Angeles and Mexico City. The 4938ft² Park Lane Room I-VI create a lingering impression with its grand entrance and 10ft ceiling. Presenting a far-reaching view of the city and Victoria Park from one of the hotel's highest levels, its oversized windows set a glorious scene in the morning and a romantic one after sunset.

IVY is neither a typical western cuisine nor fine dining restaurant. Instead, it brings the authentic taste of Southern France to Hong Kong where everyone can enjoy healthy and simple culinary experience. Extremely diverse and rich in a variety of ingredients, herb and spices, IVY pops ordinary food with distinctive flavor. Healthy yet mouth-watering gourmet meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, whole grains, and cheeses will surely satisfy diners’ palate. The interior design keeps everything simple and basic, avoid any redundant furnishing. Using primitive natural materials: wool, concrete, marble, copper and leather which keep everything in their original colour and texture.

Inspired by the joie de vivre of French culture and cuisine, Bungalow's restaurant serves up traditional French fare that is both comforting as well as refined. Our head chef Steve Chou hails from two of New York City's renowned one Michelin-starred restaurants, Public and The Modern and brings with him a skilled, sophisticated culinary technique that is bold and unconventional while still paying special reverence to the French classics.

ABOUT THE CLUB
With an area of 6,000 square feet, Bungalow provides customers a club experience unlike any other. The venue is fitted with the latest in entertainment production such as Funktion-One speakers, moving head spot lights, lasers and 4 wall-sized LED screens. The elevated DJ booth is equipped with three Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus decks and a DJM900 Nexus mixer, in which is surrounded by a full service semi-circle marble bar. J. Candice Interior Architects is the vision behind the blue and white renaissance-esque design of the space, which features 14 VIP tables and 4 by-invitation only tables next to the DJ booth. As eye candy, the eerily eye-catching giant framed photographs decorating the walls are taken by noted German photographer, Helen Sobiralski. A rising talent, her works are all inspired by traditional Baroque paintings but re-interpreted with modern elements.
