BUILT TO PERFORM We focused on three key areas when we created the sporting Flying Spur V8 S: the look, the engine and the drivability. We concentrated on refining the car’s look to give it a more aggressive edge. We spent time working on fine-tuning the formidable 4.0 litre V8 S twin-turbocharged engine to produce an improved torque level of 680 Nm for improved acceleration, even at low revs. It propels the car to a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h) effortlessly. We’ve also specially calibrated the suspension for increased responsiveness. And, of course, this exhilarating performance is matched by equally innovative, state-of-the-art fuel efficiencies. These enhancements also combine with one of the world’s finest all-wheel drive systems to deliver excellent traction and control. Together, these features make the Flying Spur V8 S a supremely rewarding drive. Ciao Chow is a new dining concept that houses Italian cafeteria, coffee bar and full bar under one roof, bringing premium Italian farm-to-table artisan food, specific-blend Italian espresso and craft beer and wine from Italy and around the globe to Hong Kong.
ITALIAN CAFETERIA IN THE HEART OF LKF - Located on the G/F of the newly-built California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong, in the wildly famous "California" space, the newly-opened Ciao Chow emphasizes a completely open kitchen, pizzeria, coffee bar and full wine bar with rose gold colour features evoking the feeling of Italian.
LATE OPENING HOURS - With its long operation hours – the restaurant is open until 2am on Sundays and weekdays, and until 4am on Friday and Saturday, Ciao Chow is the not-to-be-missed destination for late night diners looking for quality dining.
PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.
HANDMADE FRESH PASTA - Ciao Chow offers classic Italian handmade pasta dishes made with the freshest premium ingredients from Italy according to the authentic Italian tradition.
Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房
Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions.
In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.
The artistic collection of the Galerie Les Noms is a panorama of the contemporary Ukranian art. Painters, different in painting styles and techniques, create its cultural and natural phenomena. All pieces of art comply with the highest artistic criteria. These pieces have rightly become a part of the national Ukrainian endowment.
The gallery occupies 1,000 sqft. and is with two catering tables and two movable wall panels (please check the amenities for details). Other equipment such as sound system, projector and flexible light is available.
