Ophelia takes inspiration from Hong Kong’s history, waitresses in cheongsams sashay through the intimate alcoves and semi-private rooms, reminiscent of the city’s 19th century upscale opium dens which have been brought into modern day through the use of intricate metal work, handmade plush velvet furniture and resplendent peacock feathers.

The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

BRICK LANE TST is conveniently located in Hong Kong's commercial and entertainment hub Tsim Sha Tsui, at the crossing of two quiet bystreets with head to toe glass walls that gives it a different intimate vibe to the usual TST buzz.
