The décor at YUM CHA is reminiscent of a number of nostalgic Chinese dining traditions. A variety of decorative items such as traditional Chinese serving utensils and birdcages appear as a reference to the old teahouses of the past.

Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. With a mesmerizing 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor, the rooftop is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite cocktail or bubbles after a long working week. As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.
Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.
Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.
Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.
Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.
A wide range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails is also served, with our wine sommelier happy to recommend new ideas on what to try!
