The restaurant is intended to be obscured as a darkened cinema, leaving all the attention to the twinkling lights of Hong Kong. Townhouse showcases the perfect marriage of Asian food and Western cooking method satisfying everyone’s taste bud and intends providing different innovative delicacies to pleasantly surprise all the epicures in town. Erba Bettolino, occupying 1,000 sqft., is fully renovated in loft style, there are 2 zoning【EARTH】and【AQUA】respectively.

【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.
