BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. All the furniture including the game tables are flexible to be removed, decorate and even redesign in order to achieve all client’s needs. 

Additional lighting, audio system and the wall finishing can be altered to customer’s preference.

A contemporary take on speakeasies, “I Know John” is a sophisticated, private lounge serving specialty mixologist-created cocktails and a carefully curated menu offering niche wines and whiskeys. Overlooking the famed Wellington Street, the refined, modern-rustic venue holds a 16-foot-long bar built with dark timber wood and illuminated oak blocks, and custom-made leather seats and couches. The cozy outdoor balcony serves as a perfect nook for intimate conversations.
