EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

The Gallery, is part of Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay. G7 Private Dining is an elegant oasis in the Hong Kong dining scene. Tucked away in a discreet yet central location just above Wyndham Street, G7 provides clients with the perfect intimate setting for group dinners, parties, special occasions, or just a romantic dinner for two.

Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our private room and our outdoor terrace fits up to 10 persons each whilst our main dining area will fit 16.

Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. The interior of Bloop is just as, if not even more, impressive; a dominating 8-metre long aquarium filled with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays astounds all who visit and a very select few VIPs will even be allowed the opportunity to feed these majestic predators of the deep blue!
