Launched by the founders of the popular “Three Butchers” online deli, Feather & Bone brings the same top-quality, 100% grass-fed meat sourced directly from Australian farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. Through our online shop, customers can get the same premium cuts of meat hand-sliced by our butcher. Our market-fresh fruits and vegetables are selected daily by our dedicated staff, as well as a hand-picked selection of seasonal products exclusively imported from Europe and the US. 

Filled with an array of goods on the shelves of the store with an elongated wooden platform to provide the best venue for private parties, product launched and wine tasting.

This large waterfront restaurant has been fully renovated and seats 250 guests. BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. Perfect for weddings, parties and private events, BLT Steak offers al fresco dining with amazing harbour views.

Another “destination” Classified location, Stanley offers both relaxation and the ambiance of a small village by the water. This being our largest Classified, it’s a very popular spot for kids and family parties (e.g. Kids’ birthday party) and offers a full day out being near Murray House and Tin Hau Temple.

The entire venue can accommodate 70 people sit down and 100 people stand up. A semi-private area within the restaurant can be provided for intimate events, accommodating 20 – 30 people.
