Fully equipped for audio and visual systems and accessories as well as high speed broadband, it is ideally suited for theater-style events, intimate gatherings and effective round table discussions, catering between 50 and 150 guests.

Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Step outside in the Open Air in the centre of Causeway Bay, with a panoramic view of the city Sky line and the Victoria Park & Harbour View. The Rooftop Garden, situated 28 stories above street level offers panoramic views across famed Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park, offers you the best outdoor venue on the Hong Kong Island. Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.
