The Continental is an elegant restaurant inspired by the sophisticated charm of Europe’s grand cafes that presents a menu of lovingly refined dishes. The Quay is a Simple and Cool Seafood Wine House, opened its first location, in Kennedy Town by the Bay area. Thus, "The Quay". The restaurant is known for its lavish portions and exquisite flavors. The menu, as the location suggests, comprises of seafood, especially on "FISH", along with other mouth-watering picks for the family time.

From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

A stretch of floor-to-ceiling windows reveals panoramic sea views, complemented by striking textural finishes that harness the beauty and spirit of the deep blue. From its booths and tables inspired by coral reefs to tailor-made ceramics inspired by oceanic flora, every feature evokes a sense of serene oceanic bliss.  

Space is a luxury, and THE OCEAN’s expansive 8,000 square-foot setting – complete with private dining rooms featuring built-in aquarium walls that house hundreds of hovering jellyfish – was designed to accentuate its size without sacrificing intimacy. The space commands attention with exquisite interior design elements, while maintaining a sense of tranquility under the sparkling backdrop of Repulse Bay.

CABANA 

With refined Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for glorious sunny days, Cabana is a haven of leisure and luxurious relaxation, located on Hong Kong’s Southside.     

At just over 12,000 sq.ft, the open-air rooftop is a spacious escape from the city – whether as a getaway venue for a group of friends who want to party in style, or even for those who desire a perfectly quiet corner to relax in comfort.
