This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. Le Cordon Bleu-trained owner and patissier Wong Chi Wai offers an array of exquisite and palatable classic and contemporary desserts, with a one-of-a-kind pastry appreciation experience for like-minded aficionados. With a strong sense of mission about sharing her passion and knowledge, Wai hosts Fun Patisserie Club classes which are designed for guests to learn to better appreciate the different kinds of delicacies.
