Park-in Easy Book is available for all day booking, accommodating up to 250 people. BoConcept is centrally located on the busy and exciting Wyndham Street in Central. It features a two-storey furniture showroom that is well designed and coordinated to make event guests feel like they are attending a cozy event at a good friend's home. The highlight of the showroom features a New York apartment style room which connects to an spacious, quiet outdoor terrace. This is a different kind of venue which offers a comfortable and more intimate event space, not to mention probably more sofas to sit on than any other venues!

Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm. 

We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.

Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.

Grand Central is a 2-story upmarket casual chophouse and bar - Grand Central is an American concept with a modern and urban industrial yet welcoming décor package. Popular with residents, shoppers and financial industry professionals, Grand Central offers American fare specializing in steaks, seafood, popular and artisan craft beers and selection wines.

The ground floor offers a nice airy feel and bar vibe perfect for after work drinks, while the floor dining areas boasts a restaurant environment with a cozy and comprehensive chophouse menu.

Synergy Biz is a company, hoping to create a co-working space with its networking concept to aspire entrepreneurs or small or medium companies. It aims to provide a well-equipped business environment and business networking platform for them in their development.

XO Workshop, which occupies 1600 sqft., is a open and blank space for different type of events. It can fit up to 80 pax, and can be partitioned into 2 separate studios. Its elite environment is suitable for conference, workshops, yoga and dance class, etc.
