The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Diners are kept engaged throughout the meal, making this one of the most written about eateries, not only in Hong Kong, but also internationally, gaining popular acclaim in Singapore, Taiwan and even as far afield as London and New York. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Come and visit our butchery, talk to our butchers and chefs about all the different cuts we offer, recommended seasonings and all things food-related. Stay for our tastings, try your hand at shucking an oyster and learn how to make sausages with our team.

Located in the heart of Hong Kong and surrounded with art and culture, La Galerie is a nice place for art lovers. It is rare to see photography gallery in Hong Kong and we are one of them, we like to share our love of photography, where you could hold events in a place with our selections and collections. We located in Soho, near to PMQ, where you also can find international cusine and delicate boutiques. It is convenient, just 15 minutes walking from Central MTR station. And it is a place that never sleeps.

We offer venue rental service, suitable for pop-up events, photo/ film shooting, press conference, wine tasting. With the component of movable partition walls and furniture, they allow you to redesign the interior as you wanted, it could be classic and traditional or novel and contemporary. We also have HD TV screen, HD speaker, couches, fridge. We can hold up to 80 people, so you could alter the space to fit in the needs of your events. Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. With a seating capacity of 200 guests or 450 standing, Oolaa restaurant, with its intimate outdoor terrace, “fine wine corner", wood fired pizza oven, serves an array of high quality unpretentious worldly cuisine; with a wine list to match.

Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.
