The Collab – One Venue, Endless Possibilities 

We offer all-inclusive, multi-purposed venues with flexible layout plans that will allow you to conduct showrooms, conferences, seminars, trainings, corporate functions and even parties! Our facilities include Wifi, laptop, projector, audio-visual system, microphones, TV, Xbox, game sets, party equipment and dry pantry. Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Located in close proximity to all transportation.

- Multi-Purposes Space of nearly 1,000 square feet on the 1/Floor for pop-up use and short term activities like sales promotion, product/service demonstration, temporary events etc. Training, meeting, conference, party, private gatherings, private dinners, workshop etc. of smaller scale and other temporary functions are suitable for the Space.  

 - At great location inside decent industrial building which is very close to Kwun Tong MTR station (Exit B). APM big Shopping Mall with retail outlets and restaurants are all around. There is a short stairway going to the first floor right at the entrance of our Building, avoiding the sometimes long awaited elevator in the lift lobby

 - There are at least 4 restaurants of different types at the same side of the same floor for catering and special dinner arrangement within very short distance and great convenience.  

- Very close to a big residential estate and densely populated residential areas in just a few minute walk. 

- Possible to be used as filming studio and related production as facilitated with pantry, private toilet and one meeting room.

With interiors by the celebrated designer Ilse Crawford, Duddell’s is a beautiful 2-floored space connected by a dramatic inner staircase. Neither gallery nor museum, but with interiors as noteworthy as the art on its walls, entering Duddell’s is like being welcomed into the eclectic home of a seasoned art collector – one that also happens to have an in-house two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, a lush 2,200 square foot outdoor terrace and a sophisticated Salon in which to entertain. Duddell’s is situated on the third and fourth floors of 1 Duddell St., a street with historic significance right in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district.

SALON AND BAR (Level 4)
The Salon, overlooking the outdoor garden terrace through bronze framed glass doors, has an airy and eclectic residential feeling and offers casual dining and great cocktails at the Bar. Here you can enjoy all day dim sum and Cantonese favourites till late evening, while surrounded by curated art exhibitions. This flexible and stunning space is perfect for any occasion.

THE GARDEN TERRACE
The 2200 sq. ft. timber-decked landscaped outdoor terrace is a unique oasis in the heart of Central. It’s just the spot for intimate gatherings and a wonderful extension of the Salon space.

THE RESTAURANT (Level 3) Two Michelin Stars:
Featuring classic Cantonese offerings under the leadership of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi. Chef Siu pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, combining textures and flavours with contemporary presentations to excite your taste buds and challenge even the most demanding epicure.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS:
Three private rooms, located within the restaurant, are ideal for private dining or business meetings of 10 - 25 guests. Enjoy the fun of an evening out with the intimacy of an evening in.

THE CHAMBER AND LIBRARY:
The Chamber on Level 3 and The Library on Level 4 are settings for small intimate events, art and cultural talks as well as informal business meetings.

Depending on the size of your group, we are able to reserve from one of our intimate private room to a particular area on the 3rd or 4th floor, the outdoor terrace or the whole venue.

Aamchi Mumbai is an Indian Restaurant and Bar with Mumbai City theme, with 60 seats. Screen Protector and LCD screen is available. DJ Music system along with basic conference PA is also available. Table serving or full range buffer can be served with great setup and arrangement.

Few restaurants in Wan Chai can offer panoramic views of our fair city, and fewer yet from a stunning open air roof terrace. Located on the 31st floor and rooftop of The Hennessy, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (Wan Chai) is a gem for the fan of great steak, vibrant nightlife and of course, a metropolitan view to die for. Overlooking Happy Valley, Wan Chai and our neighbors across Victoria Harbor, host a lavish corporate event, an elegant wedding reception, or simply a meal with great friends while you watch the world flow by from up on high.
