Bridal Tea House is a stylish restaurant with colonial Hong Kong ambience. The menu offers Hong Kong’s unique western style cuisine which is tailored to suit international guests’ appetite. Our private multi-function rooms and garden lounges are available for wedding receptions, meeting conferences, birthday celebrations, pool side functions and etc.

HIGE Izakaya (ひげ / 髭) – a casual place for after-work drinking in late-night izakaya style. Hidden on a quiet street – the Castle Road in Mid-level, Hong Kong. A few steps away from the Caine Road. Restaurant set up with cozy chiling décor in tatami style that you’d be likely to find in any local Japanese town. Specializing in kushiyaki (aka-meat skewer) bites and quality sakes as well as whiskey and draught beer. Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. Premium butcher and delicatessen Feather & Bone opens a one-stop grocery shop and restaurant.The cosy 30-seat eatery serves freshly made meals from 7am to 10pm daily, whilst al fresco seating accommodates up to 20 guests — perfect for private parties or whiling away an afternoon with a sampling of cheese, a freshly prepared salad and a glass of chilled wine. 

Well-stocked delicatessen-style counters showcase a selection of fine curds and meats, whilst a carefully curated collection of wines and spirits promise to elevate even the finest of home bars. Guests can opt to order meat straight from the butcher’s counter to be cooked to their liking, or have it lovingly packed with recipe suggestions from their expert butchers.

Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. With a seating capacity of 200 guests or 450 standing, Oolaa restaurant, with its intimate outdoor terrace, “fine wine corner", wood fired pizza oven, serves an array of high quality unpretentious worldly cuisine; with a wine list to match.

Neither gallery nor museum, but with interiors as noteworthy as the art on its walls, entering Duddell’s is like being welcomed into the eclectic home of a seasoned art collector – one that also happens to have an in-house two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, a lush 2,200 square foot outdoor terrace and a sophisticated Salon in which to entertain. Duddell’s is situated on the third and fourth floors of 1 Duddell St., a street with historic significance right in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district.

SALON AND BAR (Level 4)
The Salon, overlooking the outdoor garden terrace through bronze framed glass doors, has an airy and eclectic residential feeling and offers casual dining and great cocktails at the Bar. Here you can enjoy all day dim sum and Cantonese favourites till late evening, while surrounded by curated art exhibitions. This flexible and stunning space is perfect for any occasion.

THE GARDEN TERRACE
The 2200 sq. ft. timber-decked landscaped outdoor terrace is a unique oasis in the heart of Central. It’s just the spot for intimate gatherings and a wonderful extension of the Salon space.

THE RESTAURANT (Level 3) Two Michelin Stars:
Featuring classic Cantonese offerings under the leadership of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi. Chef Siu pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, combining textures and flavours with contemporary presentations to excite your taste buds and challenge even the most demanding epicure.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS:
Three private rooms, located within the restaurant, are ideal for private dining or business meetings of 10 - 25 guests. Enjoy the fun of an evening out with the intimacy of an evening in.

THE CHAMBER AND LIBRARY:
The Chamber on Level 3 and The Library on Level 4 are settings for small intimate events, art and cultural talks as well as informal business meetings.
