The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. We have 2 venue options in Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Inspired by the vivacious, colorful tastes of South America, Caliente serves up a fiery array of Tex Mex dishes and drinks. Chomp down on some gooey quesadilla or bite into a crispy fish taco and then wash it all away with a great big icy glass of margarita.
