BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Beerliner Tuen Mun Town Plaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways, as well as an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting.

Located at the 1st floor of a brand new building in Central with an open view to the plaza, Frites brings the same authentic dining experience to the diners in the area. Frites pays homage to authentic Belgian style with beers being poured in the age-old traditional way. There are many fine eating destinations that match wine with haute cuisine dotted around the city, but sticking to the time-honored traditions in Belgium, where folks come into a warm and welcoming environment for a great plate of food and their favourite glass of beer, Frites offers a well-rounded selection of delights.
