The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. The professional culinary team led by Chef Chan is ready to present an authentic Sichuan feast that combines ingenious cooking and premium ingredients for you.

The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. The artistic collection of the Galerie Les Noms is a panorama of the contemporary Ukranian art. Painters, different in painting styles and techniques, create its cultural and natural phenomena. All pieces of art comply with the highest artistic criteria. These pieces have rightly become a part of the national Ukrainian endowment.

The gallery occupies 1,000 sqft. and is with two catering tables and two movable wall panels (please check the amenities for details). Other equipment such as sound system, projector and flexible light is available.
