The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks. Steeped in a stylish East Coast flavour reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, the relaxed décor offers a comfortable and casual environment. The restaurant's exterior is edged in Cape Cod Blue and whites. Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme. The first-floor balcony and roof-top garden are perfect for alfresco dining and parties on balmy summer nights.

Park-in Easy Book is available for all day booking, accommodating up to 250 people. It is suitable for seminars, classes, press days, exhibitions, parties and art events, etc. We have support for promotions, designed, catering and equipments as well. Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our open kitchen and private room also provides you the choice of immersing yourself in the passion of the day's cooking or relaxing in privacy and enjoying Chef Eddy and the team's cooking talents.
