Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. Tsui Hang Village (Causeway Bay) is a modern interpretation of grand Guangdong mansion. The interior takes on a light beige color tone filled with wooden ornaments to exude a refined Chinese elegance.
