NAMO is a ‘must try’ culinary destination with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour located in Empire Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui East. Launched by renowned Thai chef Khun Wijannarongk Kunchit (whose expertise stems from working with the likes of Thai royals, dignitaries, and celebrity chef Bobby Chinn), the restaurant presents innovative Thai delicacies featuring quality-imported ingredients (giant Atlantic octopus, French mussels, Iberico pork ribs and Black Angus beef are just some of the top products being offered). Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Daily Lunch Buffet is offered and Extensive Dinner Menu with Live Classical Indian Singers Performing Daily is popular with both locals and tourists.

Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Organize a spectacular celebration or event at Le Meridien Ballroom. Stretching across 160 sq m (1703 sq ft), this stunning hall boasts abundant natural daylight, the views of the lush green hills and the South China Sea, and 4 meter high ceiling. The ballroom can host up to 120 guests with ease. For small scale events, it can be separated into two sound-proofed function rooms.

Beerliner Tuen Mun Town Plaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways, as well as an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.
