We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

With great connectivity and convenience, the function rooms of The Luxe Manor can accommodate all kinds of private meeting, conference and presentation for up to 80 guests. The venue is equipped with a full range of the latest audio-visual facilities and high speed internet access. You can trust our professional team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Craft Beer Corporate Events

Our homebrewing and beer tasting workshops provide the perfect team building opportunity.

Our homebrewing workshops are a great way to promote team-bonding over the course of the 3+ hours, as participants enjoy craft beers while having a hands on experience with the beer making process. Beer related topics such as brewing basics, beer history and different craft beer style will also be covered. Our venue can hold up to 16-20 persons.

We also offer craft beer tasting events / workshops that last for less than 3 hours. Beer tasting provides a more relaxed and casual environment, participants will be able to learn about what happened to the beer world over the past decades, while having the chance to taste different type of craft beers from different beer style from all over the world. Event style can be sit down or standing, depending on the nature required. Our venue can hold up to 40 people standing, and 20 people sitting. Our venue is open for private events, which includes tailored beer tastings and interactive homebrewing workshops, organized by our team of beer experts, to make things as hassle-free for you. The Chop House focuses on serving fun, approachable and casual comfort food with the freshest ingredients around the world. At The Chop House, you’ll enjoy classic dish after classic dish in an environment designed for relaxation and enjoying the company of friends.

The Chop House (TST) enjoys a fabulous and rare feature in the form of a secluded, al fresco dining atrium. Guests who prefer our cosy interior seating will find the quintessential casual ambiance featured at every Chop House, comfy seating and warm, wooden tones that create a stress-free, homespun dining experience.

CLUB CHOW is a fine dining western restaurant located in the heart of Sheung Wan with a total capacity of 100. CLUB CHOW offers flexible configuration and arrangement, it is perfect for different types of events and parties.

"CLUB" is a place of community where friends and family gather. We strive to provide cozy ambience, friendly service, and tailored arrangements, to ensure all guests enjoy their social experience.

"CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.
