Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! The Gallery, is part of Air|Space, Hong Kong’s most stunning warehouse conversion venue, is situated right at this heart of historic Ap Lei Chau, perched on the edge of the iconic Aberdeen Bay. Oozing with industrial character and natural charm, Air|Space’s eclectic mix of hand-picked furniture and artwork contrasts the building’s original rustic features, and makes it the best backdrop for the most memorable event for your guests.

In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.
