Whilst our menu is centered on the Australian Wagyu steak – famous for its marbling, great flavor and tenderness – it boasts plenty of other mouth-watering dishes including seafood, a range of pastas and salads drawing inspiration from Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Whether you are opting for our crispy and delicious Parma Pizza, Linguini Vongole, the freshly imported Australian Barramundi slowly cooked with Chinese herbs and spices served on a bed of bok choy or our notorious “Death by Chocolate", Wagyu is one of Hong Kong's premier and welcoming alfresco dining destinations. Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.

Club Primo opens its doors in August 2015 in the midst of the most hippest area in Hong Kong, Lan Kwai Fong. An elegant lounge and games bar is positioned perfectly for lounging and just for a fun night out. Club Primo serves premium champagne and cocktails, hot resident DJ Kit, bar snacks and promises a night of fun.

Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.

Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.
