L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. Rúla Búla is part of the Irish expression 'Ri Ra agus Rúla Búla' which translates to 'uproar and commotion' in the context of a celebratory and good time.

The concept design is influenced by warehouse type bars in the meatpacking district of New York. Along with contemporary cocktails, cutting edge music you can still expect the famous warm Irish service!
