Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. Being the latest addition to the Beerliner chain, this new branch in Kwai Fong's hip mall Metroplaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways. Designed by award-winning interior designer Danny Cheng, the restaurant has an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada), inspired by the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century, is a living example of contrast and imagination. The space is infused with irony and a visual extravaganza of contrasting patterns, fabrics and shapes. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of Dada's mixologists extraordinaire. They have creatively devised a line of deliciously delectable drinks that reinforce the Dada surrealistic adventure that is anything but ordinary.
